I currently work on Ads Signals Growth at Meta, focusing on scalable systems, signal acquisition, and AI-assisted workflows.
I have 8 years of industry experience and 10 years of experience collaborating across cross-functional teams. My experience spans responsive mobile and web, ads campaign tooling, search & monitoring systems, data viz & analysis, property & payment management, design systems, and e-commerce supply chain platforms.
Born and raised in Shanghai, I studied Industrial Design and Entrepreneurship Management at Zhejiang University before pursuing my master’s degree in HCI at The University of Texas at Austin.
I enjoy simplifying complex systems into intuitive, human-centered experiences through systems thinking, collaboration, and thoughtful design craft. I’m especially passionate about building products that create meaningful impact at scale.
Outside of work, product thinking gives me a good excuse to stay curious about people, technology, design, and the world around me. I enjoy following intuition, exploring new perspectives, and connecting ideas across disciplines. Always happy for a coffee chat. 🤗
